All meal plans are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of the requested delivery date.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.
4. Delivery
We deliver within selected Miami areas. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, we are not responsible for refunds.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders canceled at least 12 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 12 hours are non-refundable.
In cases of force majeure (e.g., severe weather, emergencies), we offer a 50% refund or credit.
6. Food & Allergies
While we customize meals based on your preferences and allergies, our kitchen may handle common allergens. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete dietary information.
7. Limitation of Liability
Gastell True Eats is not liable for any allergic reactions, health issues, or damages resulting from failure to disclose dietary restrictions or misuse of our services.
Our services do not replace professional medical or nutritional advice.
