REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. Our policy is designed to be fair while respecting the nature of fresh meal preparation.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery are eligible for a full refund
Cancellations made within 12 hours of delivery are non-refundable, as meals have already been prepared


2. Order Changes
Changes to meal plans or delivery details must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.


3. Delivery Issues
If a delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond your control (such as severe weather or emergencies), we offer:
A 50% refund, or
A credit toward your next order


4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
Customer unavailable at the time of delivery without prior instructions
Preferences or expectations not aligned with the information provided at the time of ordering


5. Quality Concerns
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the situation and work toward a fair resolution.
