And I’m not talking about protein from a complicated, macro-counting, gym-obsessed way. I’m talking from a functional mindset of: “I just want to feel better during my day.”

Because protein plays a key role in maintaining muscle mass, supporting your immune system, and keeping your energy levels stable, especially when your schedule is all over the place.
Sources like lean meats provide high biological value protein, along with heme iron (which is easier to absorb), vitamin B12, and zinc.
