REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. Our policy is designed to be fair while respecting the nature of fresh meal preparation.


  1. Order cancellation


    1. Orders canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery are eligible for a full refund

    2. Cancellations made within 12 hours of delivery are non-refundable, as meals have already been prepared


  1. Order changes


Changes to meal plans or delivery details must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.


  1. Delivery issues


If a delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond your control (such as severe weather or emergencies), we offer:


  • A 50% refund, or

  • A credit toward your next order


  1. Non-Refundable situations


Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:


  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

  • Customer unavailable at the time of delivery without prior instructions

  • Preferences or expectations not aligned with the information provided at the time of ordering


  1. Quality concers


If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the situation and work toward a fair resolution.

DELIVERY POLICY

At Gastell True Eats, we aim to deliver your meals fresh, on time, and with care.


  1. Delivery Areas


We currently deliver to selected Miami areas, including Brickell, Wynwood, South Beach, Coconut Grove, and nearby neighborhoods.


  1. Delivery Schedule


  • Standard delivery window: before 12:00 PM

  • Extended delivery window: up to 6:00 PM, depending on availability


Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.



  1. Delivery Requirements


Please ensure that:


  • The delivery address is accurate and complete

  • Access instructions (gate codes, concierge, etc.) are provided

  • Someone is available to receive the order, or a safe drop-off location is specified


If no one is available, we may leave the order in the designated safe location provided by the customer.


  1. Failed Deliveries


If delivery cannot be completed due to:


  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Lack of access to the location

  • No response from the customer


The order will be considered fulfilled, and no refund will be issued.


  1. Responsibility After Delivery


Once the order has been delivered (or left in the designated location), Gastell True Eats is not responsible for:


  • Loss or theft

  • Damage due to external conditions

  • Improper storage after delivery
